WOLIN is operated by Kamas-Wolin Media. When these terms refer to "we," "us," or "our," it means Kamas-Wolin Media. When they refer to "you" or "your," it means you, the user of WOLIN.
By accessing or using WOLIN, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the app immediately.

WOLIN offers a subscription plan at $4.99 per month. This subscription grants access to premium features as described within the app. Prices are in US dollars and may be subject to applicable taxes.
Subscriptions are billed monthly through your chosen payment method via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the app or by contacting us. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing cycle.
We may offer free trials or promotional pricing from time to time. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan at the standard rate.
When using Singles Mode, you may provide a nickname and optionally upload a selfie. By submitting this content, you grant Kamas-Wolin Media a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it within the Singles Mode feature for the purpose of facilitating connections with other users.
You are solely responsible for the content you submit. Do not upload images you do not have the right to use, images of other people without their consent, or any content that is illegal, offensive, or violates the rights of others.
Singles Mode is designed to facilitate lighthearted, entertainment-based connections between users. Kamas-Wolin Media assumes no liability for any interactions, relationships, meetings, or outcomes that result from connections made through Singles Mode.
You use Singles Mode at your own risk. We do not perform background checks, verify identities, or screen users. You are responsible for exercising your own judgment and caution when interacting with other users.

WOLIN is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kamas-Wolin Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of WOLIN, including but not limited to damages arising from:
